Purging Plugs

One main part of our products are purging plugs with
directional porosity for steel and pig iron industry.
Different kinds of gas channel types ensure successful
purging rates and lifetimes of this products in the
operation process.
The different gas channel types are:

• HP- System (ring channel)
• Spiral- System (spiral channel)
• Slot- System (slots channel)
• Plate- System (Carbon bonded plates)

In dependence on the size of the gas channel system
It’s possible to control the power of the purging plug.
The standard size of the gas channel is 0,19- 0,25 m
and 0,30 m in special cases we use 0,35 m.
The purging plugs and the well blocks are produced in
High alumina or spinel qualities.
